COURT HEARING TIME CHANGED TO 4:30 PM

The court hearing for  a Motion to Dismiss  has been changed from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm  on Wednesday, May 28 in Boston US District Court. 
     We are not sure whether it is in the same Courtroom 15 , however the case number is: 1:13-cv-10798-GAO and the Magistrate Judge is Judith Diem, on behalf of US District Judge George O'Toole who will hear the oral arguments for the case of

LAWSUITS AGAINST SAMIA EL-MOSLIMANY IN SAUDI ARABIA and in USA INITIATED BY HAYAT SINDI

In January 2012 Hayat Sindi brought charges against Samia El-Moslimany, the wife of Fouad Dehlawi, in Saudi Arabia for allegedly breaking into the home of and threatening the mother of Hayat Sindi  and for defaming Hayat Sindi on the internet.













  

In her own defense Samia El-Moslimany presented evidence proving that her husband's relationship with Hayat Sindi which she spoke of within her own private circle of friends, was in fact true. This was confirmed by a Saudi court in a preliminary judgment.

WHO IS DR. HAYAT SINDI?

Dr. Hayat Sindi is a Member of the Shura Council of Saudi Arabia. Dr. Sindi has a PhD from the Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology, at the University of Cambridge; is the  Founder of Diagnostics For All, is a former Vice Chairman and Director of Nano-Terra, Inc.;  is CEO of the  i2Institute;   is a Member of the Scientific Advisory Board to the UN Secretary-General; and a UNESCO Ambassador for Sciences. Dr. Sindi is also a National Geographic Emerging Explorer, a Poptech Fellow, and a Harvard nominated Nifty Fifty speaker/scientist for the US Science and Engineering Festival
