The court hearings are open to the public, and anyone may attend.

Dr. Hayat Sindi is a Member of the Shura Council of Saudi Arabia. Dr. Sindi has a PhD from the Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology, at the University of Cambridge; is the Founder of Diagnostics For All, is a former Vice Chairman and Director of Nano-Terra, Inc.; is CEO of the i2Institute; is a Member of the Scientific Advisory Board to the UN Secretary-General; and a UNESCO Ambassador for Sciences. Dr. Sindi is also a National Geographic Emerging Explorer, a Poptech Fellow, and a Harvard nominated Nifty Fifty speaker/scientist for the US Science and Engineering Festival

What many people do not know, is that Hayat Sindi is also the plaintiff in two lawsuits for substantial monetary damages brought in the State of Massachusetts.
